Working Production Manager at SAFEWAY SIGN COMPANY – Adelanto, California

We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager.
This is not a desk job — you will lead from the floor and work alongside the team.

What you’ll do:

• Run daily production and keep jobs on schedule
• Work in production (cutting, assembly, fabrication as needed)
• Lead, train, and hold team accountable
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery

What we need:

• Strong manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership in a production environment
• Good math and measurement skills
• Ability to move fast and solve problems

Bonus if you have: Sign manufacturing, aluminum, or fabrication experience
