About This Position

Description:
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual bending machines to produce parts to specification
  • Change tooling and dies as required for each job
  • Upload and run programs through the machine interface; make basic program adjustments as needed
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment in safe working condition
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret computerized blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Experience with precision forming, bending, and folding operations
  • Proficient in the use of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, protractors, and tape measures
  • Basic math skills required, including addition and subtraction
