About This Position
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions and levels. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, metrics-driven recruiter who can manage high requisition volume without sacrificing quality of hire.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 15–30 open requisitions simultaneously across multiple business functions
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including Boolean search, social media, networking, and referral programs
Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit against defined competencies
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria
Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS throughout the full candidate lifecycle
Present qualified candidate slates within agreed-upon SLAs
Negotiate and extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes in collaboration with the TA team
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency
Demonstrated experience managing high-volume or complex, hard-to-fill requisitions
Proficiency with at least one enterprise ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever)
Strong Boolean search skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with hiring managers at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or niche professional roles
Familiarity with structured interviewing methodologies and competency-based frameworks
SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification
Experience with CRM tools or talent pipeline development
Performance Expectations
Achieve time-to-fill targets consistently within established SLAs
Maintain 90%+ data integrity within the ATS
Deliver qualified candidate slates with minimal rework from hiring managers
Demonstrate measurable improvement in sourcing diversity and pipeline quality over time
