Production Operator I at PTI Georgia LLC – Royston, Georgia

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements
• Follow all GMP guidelines, including proper documentation, material handling, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation in compliance with GMP standards
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues in a timely manner
• Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and cleaning activities in accordance with GMP and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with 5S and GMP standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Work collaboratively with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to meet production goals

Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or 10–12 hour shifts as needed

• Must comply with all GMP, FDA, and company policies and procedures
• Attendance and punctuality are critical to success in this role

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing as required in GMP areas
