About This Position

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC and Plumbing Salesperson, where you'll leverage your expertise to connect clients with tailored solutions that enhance their comfort and efficiency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

- Identify and target potential customers through research and networking in the HVAC and plumbing industries.

- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate pricing agreements to close sales deals.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote company offerings and network with potential clients.

- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales. HVAC and plumbing sales is preferred

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing products.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to meet sales targets and quotas.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
