🌟 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – LaunchPoint Coaching Program
📍 Locations: Wyoming
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our new LaunchPoint Coaching Program, designed to support young adults (ages 17–21) with autism as they transition into adulthood.
This unique program blends ABA, life coaching, and practical skill-building to help individuals build independence, confidence, and real-world success in employment, education, and relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the LaunchPoint Coaching Program
- Design and implement individualized programming focused on:
- Job readiness and employment skills
- Resume building and mock interviews
- Job searching and application support
- Workplace behavior and social skills
- Independent living and life skills
- Transition to trade school or post-secondary education
- Provide direct and indirect ABA services in clinic, community, and workplace settings
- Support clients during job shadowing and on-site employment experiences
- Incorporate elements of coaching and cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT-informed approaches)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or support staff
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Track data, monitor progress, and adjust programming for meaningful outcomes
- Help shape and grow an innovative, forward-thinking program model

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults with autism preferred
- Interest in transition services, vocational training, or life skills programming
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for innovative, client-centered care
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Combination of clinic, community, and field-based work
- Competitive salary based on experience
