About the Role

As an Aesthetic Injector, you’ll deliver advanced aesthetic treatments using industry-leading techniques and technology while helping patients feel confident, empowered, and deeply cared for. You’ll build long-term relationships, take ownership of treatment planning, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to consistently deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Own

• Deliver safe, effective injectable and aesthetic treatments in compliance with protocol and training

• Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals

• Foster strong, long-term patient relationships that support retention and ongoing care

• Educate patients clearly on treatment options, aftercare, and expected results

• Consistently meet performance goals, including production and patient satisfaction

• Maintain accurate documentation and actively utilize EMR systems

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize scheduling and flow

• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and continuous development opportunities

• Model Core Values in every patient and team interaction

What You’ll Bring

• Active licensure relevant to scope of practice (NP/MD/DO)

• Experience in aesthetic injecting strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour

• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance

• Annual Earning Potential: $120k - $200k+

How the Bonus Works

• Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site's overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped. This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
