📍 Position: Loss Prevention OfficerLocation: San Ysidro, CAType: Part-TimePay: $21.00/hr Shift: Day Shifts

🔒 Key Responsibilities:Maintain a strong security presence inside a high-volume retail store

Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activity

Conduct undercover or high-visibility loss prevention patrols depending on assignment

Deter theft through professional engagement and observation

Support store management during incidents or emergencies

Complete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveries

Monitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss-prevention policies

Work closely with retail staff to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment

Respond quickly and professionally to high-risk situations

✅ Requirements:Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)

A working smartphone with data

Reliable transportation to and from the site

Strong customer-service and communication skills

Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts

Excellent situational awareness and ability to remain alert

Experience in retail loss prevention or security preferred, but not required

Ability to observe discreetly without confrontation unless authorized
