About This Position

Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand presence — developing compelling visual content and graphic materials, executing forward-thinking marketing strategies, and amplifying our voice across digital platforms. You will also play a key role in maintaining a strong, up-to-date web presence that reflects the professionalism and expertise our brand represents. This is an exciting opportunity for an artistic professional who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, data-driven marketing, and digital excellence.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable growth across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop strategic content — including graphics, copy, and multimedia assets — that promotes brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports business development.
  • Plan, design, and execute professional email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and similar tools — from initial concept through deployment and performance analysis, using email campaign calendars to ensure timely, consistent outreach aligned with company initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on key email performance metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions and use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Capture photographs and video on a regular and as-needed basis to build and maintain a robust library of high-quality, brand-relevant visual material.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent online company voice through systematic postings across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Evaluate metrics and prepare performance reports on web-related and social marketing tactics; analyze data trends to identify what equates to success and inform future strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices across website content, blog posts, and digital campaigns to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the company website — monitoring performance and overseeing day-to-day management, content updates, and maintenance to ensure the site remains current and optimized for search engines through keyword integration, metadata management, internal linking, and page speed best practices.
  • Develop landing pages for campaigns, events, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Design and develop visually compelling, content-rich presentations and slide decks for educational events, including CE courses, lunch-and-learns, and webinars, that effectively communicate expert content to dental professionals and reflect the professionalism and expertise of our brand.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously elevate our marketing efforts.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all assets, presentations, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
  • High proficiency with email marketing platforms — experience with Mailchimp and Constant Contact is essential; familiarity with list management, automation, and campaign analytics is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with website management platforms such as WordPress, and the ability to make updates without relying on a developer for routine changes.
  • Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for composition and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Position is on-site with opportunity for a hybrid schedule
