Financial Analyst at Citizens Memorial – Bolivar, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Accounting Department. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, addiction recovery, rehab services and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department: The CMH Accounting Department coordinates with all CMH departments to obtain and produce financial information for use by managerial / supervisory staff that will enhance their ability to make managerial decisions and to produce required reports for outside agencies.

A typical day will include:

• Performing functions related to the preparation of organizational reports using Microsoft Office programs
• Maintaining databases and rebuilding with annual/biannual changes
• Assembling department budget files
• Analyzing financial trends, forecasting and key performance indicators
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Auditing positions, helping with staffing reports, and validating that positions are charged correctly

The position is: Full-time Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required
• Experience: Prior experience performing accounting and data processing procedures is required; experience in healthcare preferred
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organization, general office
