Full Time Leasing Consultant at MLP Management LLC – Chesterfield, Missouri

Are you a people-person with a knack for closing the deal and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who doesn't only show apartments, but helps future residents find their new home.

The Leasing Consultant works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the community.

What You'll Do:

• Turn tours into leases by delivering exceptional, personalized experiences
• Showcase our community, amenities, and lifestyle- not just floor plans
• Answer telephones and internet leads
• Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
• Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents
• Follow up like a pro- because timing is everything
• Assist with day to day operations
• Support resident retention by creating positive first impressions that last

What You Bring:

• Class A luxury leasing experience
• Strong communication with follow-up skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Yardi/ CRM experience preferred
