Job Description

To coordinate reporting and critical analysis along with incorporating Operational Performance tools and processes to assist operations leadership in improving performance and ultimately customer satisfaction.

• Provide data analysis to leadership team indicating focus areas, commentary, recommendations and application of OP toolkits as potential solutions

• Participate in and facilitate conversations with site and senior leadership on conference calls, in meetings, etc.… regarding critical analysis and discussions on performance improvement

• Play an active global leadership role with other regional administrators when discussing consistent metrics tool usage, report creation, issue resolution with internal customers.

• Coordinate efforts with regional (i.e.- Americas) OP administrators to leverage and improve current tools, reports and processes.

• Train sites, management and Quality team on all OP tools

• Communicate availability and use of performance reports to leadership and Quality team members

• Address questions on the mechanics of reporting tools, definitions, calculations, etc.…

• Create reports based on operational inputs to facilitate attainment of objectives for the various sectors, regions, accounts, etc.…

• Assist sites and senior management in reviewing data to focus on issues impacting their business

• Develop, maintain, and improve site data input tools for all sectors and business units

• Produce standard and ad hoc performance reports, as well as critical analysis, based on operational metrics results

• Perform administrative and maintenance functions within Hyperion Essbase to control the reporting process and increase efficiencies

• Manage the administrative function of all Lotus Notes databases associated with operational performance

• Support all sector operational performance resources with troubleshooting and production of metrics reporting

• Coordinate monthly corporate reporting with functional groups to facilitate the management review process

• Assist members of the Quality Program with the identification of possible improvement areas and communication across all sectors and business units

• Continuous improvement to automate and enhance tools and processes

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, data analytics required

• 3-5 years logistics industry experience, preferred
