We are seeking a Security Officer who is professional, dependable, and service-oriented to work in a high-traffic outdoor environment that hosts daily visitors, special events, weddings, and private rentals year-round.
This role combines security, professional presence, and customer service, so we value individuals with a positive attitude, sound judgment, strong responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
Dynamic Integrated Security will provide the required training and certification to operate as a Commissioned Security Officer (CSO) or Private Security Officer (PSO) in compliance with Arkansas state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct visible patrols of parking areas, chapel grounds, garden trails, nature preserve areas, and event spaces
• Control public access to the property
• Monitor and secure buildings and restrooms
• Perform routine patrols and closing procedures
• Respond to medical emergencies, fire/smoke conditions, severe weather, and other public safety incidents
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Provide professional assistance and customer service to guests
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports
• Support special events, including weddings and after-hours rentals
• Ensure alcohol compliance during private receptions

Requirements
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Training in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) Officer Requirements
• Must have or be able to obtain an active Private Security Officer (PSO) registration in Arkansas
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Arkansas Driver’s License required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• No criminal record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must remain compliant with Arkansas state regulations at all times
• Must maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
• Must be physically capable of extended walking patrols and standing for long periods

Schedule
• 8.5 to 9-hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Seasonal evening shifts during Holiday Lights (up to 11:00 PM)
