University Physicians' Association is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice in Knoxville, TN.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist physicians with patient care and ensure smooth office operations
• Handle scheduling, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs
• Communicate test results and perform phlebotomy
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and providers while promoting a positive image of the practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management
• Medical Assistant Certification or LPN License
• Prior medical experience required
