Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Windham, NH, is a 39-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. Competitive Pay:LPN Pay Range: $35.00 up to $41.75/hr. (pay rate based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
1st shift earn an additional $2.00 weekends. 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
