Manager- Regional Outreach at Shannon Health – San Angelo, Texas

Job Summary

Responsible for creating and maintaining good relations between Shannon and local/regional hospitals and providers. Partners with providers in local/regional outreach, promoting service lines and individual practices for the benefit of the region. Travels throughout the year to local/regional facilities, gathers and maintains contact information, logs and data sheets, and prepares for on-site meetings at Shannon or outlying facilities. This process includes verbal and written summaries of progress/ interactions/updates with local and regional facilities and providers on a periodic basis. Also prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual information packets for each facility, provider, and Shannon. Leads and hosts discussions and learning opportunities for Shannon’s regional partners. Responsible for reviewing data analytics to strategize areas of opportunity for the Shannon System. This leader is responsible for fostering internal and external awareness of business development and partnership opportunities, as well as serving as a trusted market sounding board for key intelligence, alignment with the overall brand, and potential alignment with clinical operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/or related: Required
• Master's degree in marketing/communications/or related: Preferred

• One year of Marketing or Communications experience: Required
