Immediate 2nd shift Spring Department at Napoleon Spring Works, Inc – Archbold, Ohio

• Immediate openings 2nd shift - must be able to train on 1st shift
• Winding springs according to customer requirements.
• Must be able to accurately read and use a micrometer.
• Be able to verify size of wire during machine set-up
• Follow detailed department safety requirements.
• Will be required to do consistent lifting up to 75 lbs.
• May be trained on other machines/duties
• Able to use a cutting torch

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
• Capable of bending, stooping and standing for long periods of time.

Work Schedule:

2nd shift - must be able to train on 1st shift for 6 weeks.
