About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician in the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

The Maintenance Tech position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the surrounding areas of Connecticut and Massachusetts.

We are looking for a candidate within a 50-mile radius of Enfield, CT.

• Commercial Maintenance Work
• Installing Commercial Shades
• Hanging Medical Curtains
• Installing Curtain Track
• Changing Door Locks
• Replacing Light Bulbs
• Changing Ballasts
• Minor Plumbing Work
• Minor Electrical Work
• Unclogging Toilets
• Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
• Minor Sheetrock Repair
• Patching & Painting
• Assembling office furniture
• Various handyman work

Note: Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Role Requirements:

• 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders
