We are looking for local professionals who know the Triangle—from the red clay of Wake Forest to the established neighborhoods of ITB—to help us build our local team from the ground up.

RhinoLift Foundation Repair is a rapidly growing foundation repair company serving the Charlotte region. We specialize in foundation stabilization, crawl space repair, and structural solutions for homeowners. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales / Project Design Specialist who enjoys solving problems, meeting homeowners, and earning strong commissions. If you have construction knowledge or in-home sales experience, this is a great opportunity to build a high-income career.

**Best of all — we provide qualified leads. Your job is to inspect homes, diagnose foundation issues, and recommend the right repair solution.


What You'll Do

Conduct in-home foundation inspections (crawl spaces, structural areas)

Identify foundation or structural issues and determine the best solution

Design repair plans using RhinoLift stabilization systems

Educate homeowners and explain recommended repairs

Prepare project estimates and repair plans

Manage the customer relationship from inspection to project start

Maintain notes and customer details in the CRM

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Compensation: Uncapped Performance-Based Earnings

Requirements: What We're Looking For

Comfortable inspecting crawl spaces and foundations

Strong communication skills with homeowners

Detail-oriented and good at diagnosing problems

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage multiple leads and projects

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to access crawl spaces (kneeling, crawling, climbing)
