Medical Insurance Billing & Collections at Florida Urology Partners LLP – Tampa, Florida

Don't miss this opportunity to work with an amazing team and in a great work environment! We are looking to add one more Medical Insurance Billing and Collections expert. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits including a membership to the YMCA! Our office is located in Tampa near the airport. This is not a fully remote position but there is hybrid flexibility. This is a full-time position.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Analyze daily denials and aging accounts for resolution
• Update and work insurance accounts via worklist or other assigned projects or reports
• Send Necessary appeals for payment
• Call on outstanding claims to status
• Note the EMR system of status and activity of invoices
• Answer incoming calls for billing questions
• Communicate with manager of any potential claim issues
• Other tasks as required

Two to Three years experience in insurance collections and/or certification in medical billing
