Job duties:Work hybrid remote (Kansas City, 64108 or St. Louis, 63105 offices) We are currently seeking:· Labor & Employment Attorney· Trusts & Estates Attorney· Real Estate Attorney Required:· MO bar· Recent experience in one of these: L&E, T&E, or Real Estate Law Labor & Employment Attorney· Labor matters· Represent and counsel employers· Collective bargaining negotiation, union elections, strikes, picketing, campaigns, NLRB, labor unions Real Estate Attorney· Commercial Real Estate transactions· Acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, development, purchases· Drafting Trusts & Estates Attorney· Complex estate, tax and wealth planning· Individuals, families, banks and trusts companies, and wealth management advisors· Develop, draft, and implement estate planning documents· Trusts, Wills, advanced directives and POA· Preparation, review, and analysis of tax forms – income tax returns, gift and estate· Business succession planning
