Store Manager – Kwik Kar (Webster, TX) at East End Lube LLC – Houston, Texas

Kwik Kar is hiring a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Webster location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of operations, develop a strong team, and drive consistent store performance.

• Oversee all daily operations of a high-volume automotive service shop
• Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians and service staff
• Drive sales, productivity, and overall store performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations professionally
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures

• Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience required
• Automotive service experience (oil change, lube shop, or similar) preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and hold a team accountable
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented

This position works in a fast-paced automotive service environment, including both shop and outdoor areas.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work performed in open-bay conditions, with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather
• Exposure to automotive fluids, oils, and cleaning chemicals
• Moderate to loud noise levels in service areas; hearing protection may be required
• Must follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including eye, hand, and foot protection
