Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Greensboro pawn shop.

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly
• Provide excellent service by welcoming customers, solving issues, and building trust
• Assist with inventory — receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate counts
• Support and motivate team members, including coaching and training
• Uphold company policies and create a safe, professional work environment
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Qualifications:
• Experience in Retail, customer service or Sales; Leadership experience is a plus
• Able to inspire, guide, and support a team
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Problem-Solver with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful but not required – we will train you.
