Litigation Defense Attorney (Products / Premises Liability) – Philadelphia – Hybrid remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote (Center City Philadelphia)
We represent companies, usually non-insurance companies, such as manufacturers, retailers, sports, and entertainment teams.

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial filing through final disposition.
• Perform legal research, evaluate factual and procedural issues, and formulate case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings as required.

Required:

• PA bar
• Recent litigation defense experience
• Recent experience with products liability, premises liability, or toxic torts defense for companies, other than insurance companies.
