Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting product offerings, and ensuring a smooth and compliant delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and finalize finance deals for new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
Present and sell finance and insurance products (service contracts, GAP, etc.)
Work closely with lenders to secure competitive approvals
Ensure all deals are compliant with state and federal regulations
Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and efficiency
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Prior automotive finance experience required
Strong closing and communication skills
Proven ability to achieve performance targets
Knowledge of lending institutions and deal structuring
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Dealertrack/ DMS experience preferred
