Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant, Tradeshow’s main responsibility is to manage building tradeshows in WorldTrak, fielding calls from clients, and collecting charges from EFW’s vendors. They are also responsible for accepting packages received at the office and maintaining a log of client properties that are received.

  • Contribute to special projects in support of Tradeshow initiatives.
  • Field calls from accounts and direct the calls to the assigned CSR or MCR.
  • Accurately build tradeshows in WorldTrak.
  • Overseeing the front entrance by greeting visitors and checking them in at the front desk.
  • Communicate with General Service Contractors to obtain show kits / quick facts.
  • Handle the collection and distribution of office mail.
  • Support Tradeshow and department leadership with administrative duties, such as reports, documentation, and charge collection
  • Create spreadsheets and prep data for warehouse staff to upload into ExhibitForce.
  • Accept client booth properties shipped to the office and accurately document what is received.
  • Order office supplies as requested by staff, pending approval from the General Manager, Tradeshow.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications required.

SUPERVISION

Position functions with supervision and has no direct reports.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
