About the JobGeneral Collision Center is hiring an experienced Auto Body Collision Estimator to join our independent, quality-driven collision repair facility. We are a NON-DRP shop, allowing our estimators to focus on proper repairs, OEM procedures, and customer advocacy — not insurance shortcuts.

This role is ideal for an estimator who values accuracy, professionalism, and long-term growth.

ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles and assess collision damage

Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE (preferred)

Upload photos, estimates, and documentation to insurance portals

Communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters

Identify additional damage and write supplements

Coordinate repair flow with technicians and parts department

Review repair plans to ensure safe, OEM-compliant repairs

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process

QualificationsExperience as an Auto Body Collision Estimator (required)

Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and labor operations

Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple estimates at once

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Valid driver’s license

Preferred (Not Required)I-CAR and/or ASE certifications

Experience in an independent body shop environment
