About the Role:

The Production Associates are to ensure that products are assembled and/or packed in accordance with specified procedures and quality standards. This role is critical for maintaining the efficient flow of production, ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Precise control over the movement of tools and workpieces.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is necessary for manipulating controls, adjusting settings, and achieving accurate results.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes.
  • Certification in operating specific machinery or equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and document results to maintain product integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Work often involves manipulating small parts and operating controls with precision.
  • A good level of manual dexterity is essential for handling tools, adjusting machine settings, and placing and removing workpieces.
  • Assemble products or components manually or using automated equipment according to technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Ensure all assembly tasks are completed accurately and meet production timelines.
  • Work efficiently to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste or errors.
