$24 - $28 hourly

• Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing gear, tools, and equipment
• Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards
• Communicate job progress and site conditions clearly with crew leadership
• Support crew leaders and ground staff to ensure safe, efficient job execution
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

• Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
• 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience
• Demonstrated tree climbing experience (12+ months preferred)
