Groundskeeper at Ardent Property Management – WESTERVILLE, Ohio

Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to join our fast-growing team. The Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor areas. This includes performing various landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Landscaping Maintenance

-Weeding, trimming, watering

Cleaning and trash removal

-Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community

Outdoor facility maintenance

-Maintain lighting

-Maintain signage

-Painting and small exterior repairs

Seasonal responsibilities

-Winter, shoveling and salting all common areas

-Summer, maintain swimming pool

Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed
