Position Summary
The Investor Relations Representative at Walton Global Holdings, LLC plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our investors. This position is responsible for communicating the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and investment opportunities to current and potential investors. The representative will also gather and analyze investor feedback to inform company strategies and improve investor satisfaction. By effectively managing investor inquiries and providing timely updates, the representative ensures that investors are well-informed and engaged. Ultimately, this role contributes to building trust and confidence in the company's vision and performance, which is essential for long-term growth and success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications, handling investor interactions through email and telephone communications and, on occasion, in‑person meetings.
- Prepare, draft, and review project updates and investor presentations related to financial performance and strategic initiatives and deliver such materials to investors as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for investor reports.
- Work closely with the Capital Markets team to align investor communications with capital‑raising strategies
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate timely information flow and issue resolution.
- Assist in organizing conferences and events to enhance engagement.
- Respond to investor inquiries regarding investment, distributions, and project performance.
- Support planning and execution of investor meetings, webinars, and investor events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and investment analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
