Position Overview: The Paralegal will support licensed attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and assisting caregivers with legal service needs.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Hybrid – Stafford, VA Office

Anticipated Start Date: March 2026

Position Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents such as POAs and guardianship forms.
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and VA standards.
• Assist with scheduling and client communications.

• Associate degree or paralegal certification.
• 3+ years of experience in legal support roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience in estate planning or healthcare law.
• Familiarity with VA programs and veteran services.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
