Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our healthcare organization. This role is essential in ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordination across departments to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments

· Assist in scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation

· Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance

· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

· Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

· Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

· Assist with project management and implementation of new initiatives

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, or similar role

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems

· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards preferred
