What You'll Be Doing

Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe

Requirements:

What We Require of You

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and kitchen areas
  • Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
  • Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and equipment
  • Assist with trash removal and recycling
  • Sweep and mop floors; maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep or tasks as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Putting away food deliveries in proper containers with labels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability (punctual and consistent attendance)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in hot, wet, and humid conditions
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
