We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team in Crockett, TX. In this role you will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established timelines and specifications. The Field Operations Supervisor manages crews, materials, site surveys, and customer-related issues while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The Role

  • Ensure safe work practices are implemented and consistently followed by all team members in compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations and overall project timelines to ensure on-time completion
  • Schedule and route daily work assignments based on locates, priorities, and due dates
  • Manage field resources and crews to address job challenges and maintain productivity
  • Conduct site surveys to verify project scope, paths, locates, and equipment requirements
  • Maintain material inventory, complete orders as needed, and distribute materials to field crews
  • Oversee the damage claim process, including investigations, communication with customers and crews, resolution, and documentation
  • Train, coach, and lead team members to drive performance, quality, and accountability
  • Establish and monitor measurable performance standards to ensure project and team goals are met
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain required safety certifications and participate in safety meetings and initiatives
  • Demonstrate proficiency with industry tools, equipment, and systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading projects and teams required
  • Ability to mentor and provide direction to assigned teams or departments
  • Able to safely operate a vehicle, including while pulling a trailer
  • Able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds as needed
  • Comfortable and willing to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions, including in tight spaces, at heights, and on varied terrain
  • Ability to climb and work from extension ladders (up to approximately 28 feet); safety accommodations may be considered based on demonstrated experience
  • Ability to work around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and power infrastructure
  • Will follow safety protocols and properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including when handling hazardous materials
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
