Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to support the lifecycle of our products—from setup to ongoing maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product data, seamless system integration, and consistent information across platforms.
You’ll play a vital role in product setup, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. If you enjoy organizing systems, solving problems, and serving as a key resource for product information, this role is a great fit.
Compensation & Benefits
● $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
● Build and maintain proficiency in internal tools, databases, and product management systems
● Set up new products across internal databases, CRM systems, and online platforms with a high level of accuracy
● Maintain and update product information, specifications, and documentation
● Support product launches, updates, and enhancements through cross-team coordination
● Review proofs and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with company and client standards
● Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to support seamless product integration
● Monitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or process improvements
● Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● At least 1 year of experience in product development, product setup, data management, or a related field
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
● High attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools
