The Team You Will Join

You’ll be part of the K-8 team, working closely with fellow elementary teachers, support staff and school leadership. This team is responsible for helping facilitate academic progress by ensuring students stay engaged, organized, and on track to meet their individual weekly goals.

You’ll help drive student success and create a positive learning experience, contributing to Primavera’s mission in a meaningful way.

A Typical Day Looks Like

While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:

• Support student progress by monitoring pacing and providing one-on-one help with organization, time management, and coursework.
• Assist with live virtual classes and small-group sessions to keep students engaged and on track.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to address challenges and support student success.
• Help implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and ensure access to needed resources and accommodations.
• Provide basic tech support and foster a positive, motivating learning environment.

This role balances independent work and collaboration and is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting students, communicating clearly, and working with purpose.

Your Expertise Includes

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Associate degree: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting students or working in an educational setting strongly preferred
• Experience with virtual learning environments and tools is a plus

Bonus points if you also have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families and staff
• Not required to be a certified teacher, but must possess strong academic mentoring and coaching skills
