Job Description/ Experience:

Valid Class G license with an acceptable Driver's AbstractExperience in cabling and coring hard cableExperience working in Manholes (certification is a plus)Experience with line extenders (actives) and end of line tapsExperience using an RF meter equivalent to ONX630 and digital multi meterAble to assist supervisor and other Senior Maintenance Technician with tracking noise and outagesCommunication with internal or external customer to determine scope of projectAdvanced experience with TDR/Leakage Meters/Cable Locators with an A-frameExperience balancing (sweeping) upstream and downstream signals including diagnosing AC issuesExperience taking initiative and showing a clear demonstration of leadership in all situationsLearn and adhere to all applicable Health and Safety regulations, in accordance with legislation and related Company policies.Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight maintenance windows as and when required to support network operations and minimize service disruptions.Proven experience in cable maintenance and repair, including working with underground infrastructure such as manholes, ducts, and conduit systems.

Schedule

Day shift/ Candidate should be open to be scheduled for overnight maintenance windows as and when required.
