Project Coordinator Intern at Northstar Travel Media LLC – Rutherford, New Jersey

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our education team in developing and managing custom learning programs for the travel industry. This role is ideal for students interested in project management, digital learning, marketing, customer experience, and EdTech.

During this internship, you’ll be contributing directly to real client projects, collaborating with writers, designers, and project managers, and gaining hands‑on experience with tools used across the modern digital workplace.

What You’ll Do:

Assist Project Managers with tasks related to ongoing Education programsTroubleshoot and respond to Travel Agent/User support inbox inquiries for custom programs and Travel Agent Academy coursesSupport client communication, issue resolution, and technical troubleshootingCoordinate tasks between project managers, writers, and designersConduct QA testing for new and existing programsSupport social media coordination and community management tasksPull program performance reports and help create presentation decksDesign and resize images, banners, and marketing materialsMake basic HTML/CSS edits for email templatesUse Google Analytics to review program performanceSkills You Have:

Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilitiesExcellent time‑management and attention to detailHighly self‑motivated, resourceful, and positive with a can‑do attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Experience with Photoshop and HTML is a plusEducation:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate) Knowledge & Skills You’ll Gain:
