Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage items while delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced, beachside environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages to standard
• Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and ingredients
• Assist with light food prep and running orders when needed
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
