In this role, you will:

Support patients through critical moments and long-term care journeysWork alongside primary care providers in a truly integrated modelHelp reduce barriers to behavioral health servicesBe part of a team that values empathy, collaboration, and excellence🧠 What You’ll DoAs a Behavioral Health Specialist at GSCH, you will:

Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group therapyProvide crisis intervention and “warm welcome” support for patients in needCollaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to address mental health and substance use concernsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR systemParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiativesSupport continuity of care through referrals and follow-up🧩 What You’ll BringRequired:Master’s degree in a mental health-related fieldEligible for licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent track)Active BLS certification (or ability to obtain)Preferred:Fully licensed in NHExperience in mental health and/or substance use treatmentExperience in integrated or community health settings💡 What Sets You ApartStrong understanding of evidence-based treatment approachesAbility to assess, triage, and respond to a wide range of patient needsComfort working both independently and within a collaborative teamExcellent documentation and EHR skillsA compassionate, patient-centered approach🌍 Why You’ll Love Working at GSCHWe care for our team the same way we care for our patients — with respect, support, and investment in your growth.
