Meet with prospective residents, understand their needs and budget, and guide them to the apartment that feels just right.

Deliver Exceptional Tours & Close the Deal
Show off beautiful apartment homes and community amenities while using your sales savvy to turn tours into signed leases.

Make It Official
Walk future residents through the leasing process—from applications to approvals—ensuring a smooth and exciting move-in experience.

Build Strong Resident Relationships
Support current residents by assisting with renewals, addressing service requests, and ensuring their living experience is top-notch.

Required Qualifications:

Illinois Leasing License preferred but we will work with right candidate to get licensed within 90 days of being hired.

High School education

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leasing or other sales positions. One year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience
