Job Title: QA & Production Specialist

SHIFT: 1PM - 10PM - FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA & Production Specialist to join our swing shift labeling team. You will be responsible for the hands-on production of high-quality labels while ensuring every batch meets our strict visual and technical standards. This role sits at the intersection of "making" and "checking."

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Set up and operate label printing and finishing equipment (flexographic, digital, or die-cutting).
• Quality Inspection: Conduct inspections and final audits to check for color accuracy, registration, adhesive quality, and text legibility.
• Defect Management: Identify and pull defective materials (ink bleeds, misaligned cuts, or material flaws) before the order reach the shipping stage.
• Documentation: Check workorders and maintain precise logs of production runs, waste counts, and quality sign-offs.
• Equipment Care: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to ensure peak machine performance. Keep working area clean and organized.
