We are looking to welcome a self-motivated, empathetic person to provide excellent service to our residents. Using your knowledge of community resources, you will perform service coordinator duties such as resident assessments, problem solving, and crisis intervention. You will use your interpersonal skills to advocate on behalf of the residents and coordinate educational, informative, and stimulating programs for them while maintaining confidentiality. Multi-tasking and time management skills are essential in this job to ensure that all documentation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Human Services Field
