Detailer at Lynch Family of Dealerships – Waterford, Wisconsin

We’re looking for a motivated Detailer to join the Lynch Truck Center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is interested in growing into the retail truck industry over time.

As a Detailer, you’ll work with a wide variety of trucks and equipment, helping keep our inventory clean, presentable, and ready for customer delivery. This role is based indoors in a newly remodeled facility and works closely with sales, service, and the parts department.

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Fully clean the outside and inside of new and used vehicles
• Detail and wash vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for spot delivery in a timely manner
• Help the service department with jobs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service department
