About This Position
Description:
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Workforce & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for monitoring
and correcting hourly schedules and time punches, serving as a liaison between
warehouse staff and Human Resources, supporting new employee onboarding, and
managing administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Scheduling & Timekeeping
- Monitor, review, and correct hourly schedules and employee time punches
- Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies
- Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to determine and source Temp Labor requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as needed
HR Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse employees, Managers and HR
- Communicate policy updates, procedures, and HR initiatives to staff
- Assist with employee inquiries related to attendance, benefits, and policies
- Escalate employee relations concerns to Operations Manager or HR when appropriate
New Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires
- Ensure completion of required documentation and system setup
- Partner with supervisors to facilitate orientation and training logistics
- Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation
Administrative Support
- Maintain personnel and attendance records
- Generate operational and workforce reports
- Support warehouse leadership with administrative tasks
- Ensure Operational and administrative documentation is organized and audit- ready
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in workforce scheduling, payroll, or timekeeping systems
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems
