Direct Support Professional/DSP at Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp – Whippany, New Jersey

Independence360 is seeking a Job Coach to assist the clients and staff in implementing the goals and objectives in each client's Individual Life Plan within the Center and community environment. To create an environment that fosters learning and personal growth in social skills, life skills, and personal and vocational skill areas of development.

Flexible Hours: M-F up to 30 hours/wk, between 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

* AA (or higher) degree preferred, or HS degree with three years experience working with disabilities.

* Successful experience working with special needs population

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents, and Center staff

* Required criminal history background checks and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Job Type: Part-time at $24.75 per hour
