Job Description

We’re looking for Patient Access Representatives who are excited to support patients and clinical teams through efficient scheduling, communication, and coordination of imaging services. In this role, you’ll perform receptionist and clerical duties, schedule diagnostic exams, guide patients through preparation instructions, and assist with authorizations to help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication, and we’re excited to welcome team members who bring these strengths to our department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine office and front desk duties within the Radiology Department

• Schedule imaging examinations and provide patient preparation instructions

• Complete authorizations and maintain required documentation

• Support clerical workflows, including ABN and MSP form management

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language

• Ability to operate office equipment

• Fluent understanding of medical terminology preferred

• One year of healthcare exposure preferred

• Ability to maintain ABN forms and incomplete MSP forms

• Ability to work under minimal supervision with maturity and good judgment

• Must be able to practice AIDET with patients, families, and co-workers

• Knowledge of EMTALA and HIPAA regulations
