Legacy Solutions Inc. is seeking a certified, high-quality 7th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) Substitute Teacher to support a charter school in the Atlanta Metro Area for a long-term assignment through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and standards-aligned 7th Grade ELA instruction

Implement school-adopted curriculum with fidelity

Support reading comprehension, writing development, grammar, and vocabulary instruction

Maintain strong classroom management aligned with charter school culture

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

Monitor and assess student progress

Collaborate with grade-level teams and school leadership

Uphold the academic and behavioral expectations of the school

Qualifications

Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate (Middle Grades ELA preferred) OR eligible for certification

Experience teaching middle school ELA strongly preferred

Strong classroom management skills

Familiarity with Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE)

Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment

Must pass background screening

Compensation & Schedule
