Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

• Embedded mentorship program for new team members
• True interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health clinicians
• A supportive, positive culture rooted in vision, purpose, and teamwork
• Ongoing staff development and learning opportunities

• Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
• 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
• Bilingual skills a plus
